Jubilee Farms Failed to Deliver

I ordered pork from Jubilee Farm, giving them a 50% deposit. They repeatedly failed to deliver, feeding me a seemingly endless stream of excuses, before they finally just stopped responding to my calls & emails. Months later, they offered a refund if I signed a "Refund Request", which was in actuality a Nondisclosure. Having already been scammed by these people, I refused to sign; a signed nondisclosure was no guarantee of a refund, and would have given them a legal cause for action against me, if I continued to post my story. 9 months after the transaction, only after recieving calls from the Sacramento DA, did I get my refund. If these thieves owe you money, file a Consumer Fraud complaint with the Sacramento DA.

Paul Clark and Jubilee Farms is a SCAM!!!

We paid for a pork order back in 2012 which we never received. Paul Clark promised a refund in December 2013 which we also never received. Mr. Clark sounds like he can be trusted but no, do not trust him. Paul Clark of Jubilee Farms has provided as reasons such as someone else took our pork, the butcher made a mistake, the butcher gave our pork to someone else, and the list goes on and on. Now, Mr. Clark does not return phones calls or answer e-mails. Don't fall for Paul Clark. Don't give Paul Clark any money as he appears to be only in the business of scamming people out of their money.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please do not give any money to Jubilee Farm! My family paid Paul, of Jubilee Farm, $960 in Feb. 2012 for a whole hog, some lard, 20 chickens, and 10 ducks to be delivered in April/ May. When May came along, we called Paul, and were told that our hog wasn't big enough, and that it would need a few more weeks. After a few weeks we called, and emailed Paul, but we got no response. After a couple of weeks of emails and calls and posting on his facebook page he finally wrote back with a silly excuse. He finally then said that he would have our hog in a week, but the birds had a virus, so he couldn't give us those yet. After a couple of weeks of calling and emailing him, he called back with more excuses, and now said he only had a half a hog for us. We said that we would take the half, with the other half to be delivered in Aug.. On July 2 I drove an hour and a half from my house to meet paul and get the half hog, that I had paid to have delivered. As I was on the road, Paul calls to say that someone else took our pork, and he didn't have anything for me, but he would process our entire order in one week. I drove an hour and a half home, and waited. Two weeks go by, and nothing! After calling and emailing multiple times, with no response from Paul, I wrote an email demaning my money back and said that I would take him to court and write bad reviews. He then called five minutes later with more excuses. He told me that he owed money to the butcher and couldn't pay them for our pig, and that he didn't have our birds. We gave him one last chance to try and have our pig processed, and he could refund us the bird money. Now he is not calling. I now have to take him to court, and write reviews. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!

Jubilee Farm (Paul Clark) No product or refund received

Updated by user Jul 11, 2012

We have received from Jubilee Farm a full refund of the price we paid in January for the product we never received.

Original review Jun 10, 2012
In January of 2012 we ordered and paid for a Berkshire Hog to be butchered, processed and received in early March. It is now June and we have no meat. We have paid in full. Paul lies, is evasive, won't return calls or e-mails and consistently makes promises he does not keep. We have actually gotten to where a half pig (we paid for a WHOLE) was delivered to the processer and has been processed. But the only way to get it is if we pay for it AGAIN. Paul is unreachable. The pig was frozen for weeks before being delivered and highly doubt it was raised as agreed upon. Discussed processing directions were ignored. Paul has told us he does not have the money to give refunds. We need a refund. We are seeking further actions and want to make sure everyone is aware of his scam. Disgusting.

Jubilee Farm (Paul Clark) DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!! We paid for pork back in July 2012 and it is now January 2013 with no pork and no refund.

Stay away from Mr. Clark and ANY of his business proposals or ventures. We have called Mr. Clark numerous times.

If he calls back, and that is a big IF, he always has an excuse and never follows through with his commitments. His family and him appear to be taking his consumers money for their own gain at your expense. Be warned you are paying not for pork but for Mr.

Clark and his family to enjoy living off the hog and your money. Don't fall for his excuses and don't be tempted to give him any of your hard-earned money.

No product or refund given

Jubilee Farms in South Sacramento advertised goat meat for sale. Paul did not follow thru and did not give me my meat order that was due in Oct 2011, he is evasive and promises to give me a refund and then does not return calls or emails, multiple other customers have filed complaints and he threatens them with retaliation if they don't remove any online complaints about his business. He has been reported to BBB and consumer affairs and the next step will be small claims court, I just want to make sure others are aware of his business practices.
